Days 5 & 6 - Begur

Day 5 - Wednesday 5 September 2012

We woke up and it was cloudy so decided to do a supermarket trip to get B's essentials and any other crap we needed.

When we got back we settled down for a day at the pool, it was soon taken over by Binky and his mates.

So what we have here is Binky with Frances the flamingo on his head wearing Gabilicious as a floatation device and all of them are resting on Cheska.

Patrick cooked another mahoosive BBQ which no-one could finish.  Am loving staying in a villa, it is so convenient and there are no germans stealing your sunbeds!  Also, you can have as much tea as you like by the pool.

Day 6 - Thursday 6 September 2012

We decided to go in to Begur for a potter about and some dinner, it's a really lovely little town, friendly to tourists but not so much that you feel like you're in Benidorm.  All the streets were decorated and looked lovely although at the time we didn't really understand why.

you can't see this very well but it's colanders and ladles etc in neon colours

my favourite one - swimwear!

plastic bottles and Patrick smiling!

We chose El Castell for dinner and had some delicious tapas!

Ignoring the olives because no-one likes olives although B is trying to, meatballs, prawns, peppers, potatoes with spicy sauce, potatoes with garlic sauce, chicken wings and sausages in sherry which Patrick loved and re-created at every possible opportunity!!!

Me and lovely B
