A few people have left work recently and I've taken to making them cakes, any excuse!
Here are the Randoms Cupcakes I made for Oriana and our picnic in the park and the mini cupcakes and oreo cookie brownie (amazing!) i made for when Sonny left, all went down well which was good.
I'll definitely have a go at making minis again as they go much further when you work in an office of over100 people! They didn't rise at all though so will have to try harder, sometimes you want a dome and not a flat top!
