I started my cake decorating course on Sunday 10 April, wasn't sure I was going to make it as I had another chest infection that was making me feel rubbish along with a nasty cold but i went along.
In the first lesson we watched our teacher Jenny make "buttercream", i say that because there is no butter in it at all, it's made with Trex, absolutely revolting!! Anyway Jenny then covered a whole cake in the frosting. We then practised piping stars on some biscuits.
Next week we have to bring a cake it and cover it in frosting - i predict this won't end well!!
