I am so lucky to have Cakes for Fun on my doorstep, they offer lots of brilliant baking and cake decorating classes. On 20 November I attended the baking masterclass and learnt to make properly a Victoria Sponge, chocolate buttermilk cake, genoise sponge and a madeira. I picked up loads of great tips and had a fab afternoon.
